Located in Fredericksburg, Virginia, the recreation court at Malvern Lakes Apartments was resurfaced and rehabilitated to create a vibrant multi-use amenity featuring a pickleball court, half basketball court, and integrated playground activity surface. The project included acrylic court resurfacing, updated game line striping, custom playground graphics, and the installation of new pickleball net systems designed to enhance long-term durability, playability, and recreational use for residents.
